Question: Can I see the BPFS Web site anywhere else?

Answer:

At the BPFS Annual Show, and at the BFS Southern Show, there is normally a display board showing key pages of the Web site.   In addition, Jon will often set up a stand at these shows with his laptop and can give you an interactive demonstration of the site.  At our monthly meetings, a folder containing printed pages of the Web site is available.

The BPFS Web site is only published at  www.bpfs.org.uk, and there are no official mirror sites.

Question: Where can I get ?????? Fuchsia?

Answer:

Your first port of call should be to look in our Web Links pages, which has sections on UK and overseas commercial growers as well as gardening resources).

Next are the local nurseries, or professional growers, in your area particularly if they are a specialist grower.  You can find out where they are by looking in Yellow Pages, Thomson Local (or equivalent trade/services directory in your country) or in local newspapers.

If that fails, then you can look for a mail ordering service:

You could also contact your national society (see our International Society's page), who might be able to help (their Web site may also have advertisements for mail order producers).

You could also contact your local Fuchsia group/club/society through their Web site (see our UK Regional Society's List for further details).

If all else fails, then send us an email and we will see if we can help.

Question:   Which other Fuchsia Society's are On-Line?

Answer:

A large number of UK and US society's have their own Web sites.  Look in UK Society's and International Society's in the Web Links section for a list of all the ones we know about.  You can also look in the UK Regional Societies List for a list of all the UK Fuchsia Society's and do a search for the one you want to visit.

Question: How can I find which Fuchsia Society is the closest to me?

Answer:

The UK Societies Pages on this site will give you an idea whether there is a group in your area.  If they are on-line, you could also send them an email to ask when they meet.  However, the British Fuchsia Society  publishes a list of all the Fuchsia Societies and this information can be obtained from their Web site (www.thebfs.org.uk).
